Cancel a Hold

  1. Select My Account from the navigation bar.
  2. Select Review My Account.
  3. Enter your user ID or alternate ID and your PIN (if accessing iBistro in the library).
  4. Click "Display User Information" to view your account or Clear to start over.
  5. In the Holds box of your account information, check the Cancel checkbox for the hold items to be cancelled.
  6. Click Cancel Selected Holds to cancel the selected holds.

If you are accessing iBistro in the library, you may be prompted to log in to iBistro when you attempt to change information in My Account. This login is only valid for the duration of the current transaction.
