User PIN Change

  1. Select My Account from the navigation bar.

  2. Select User PIN Change.

  3. Type in your user ID or alternate ID.

  4. Type in your current PIN.

  5. Enter your new PIN twice, in the two designated areas. Your new PIN should not exceed 10 characters.

  6. Click Change PIN to send the information to the library or Clear to start over.

If you are accessing iBistro in the library, you may be prompted to log in to iBistro when you attempt to change information in My Account. This login is only valid for the duration of the current transaction.
